Prize Organizers & Packagers
Thursday, February 16, 10 am - 2 pm
(3 slots left)

Volunteers are in need to help us organize and prepare program prizes! Our Adopt-A-Day program is one which engages groups of diverse backgrounds (culturally, professionally, etc). As we are always looking for ways to grow and improve this program, we finally ordered some program prizes! This shift will involve lifting and organizing. Tasks will include:

  • Moving boxes of t-shirts (from 1st to 2nd Floor – there will be a trolley and elevator available)
  • Organizing T-shirts
  • Creating program prize packages
  • Organizing program prizes

These prizes, once prepared, will be readily available for groups that build with us! They will play a key role in ensuring groups have an amazing time building with us and choose to build with us again in the future.

Preferred QUALIFICATION AND Skills

We are looking for volunteers that are over the age of 16 who are energetic and organized individuals who are not afraid to do a little bit of lifting.

BENEFITS

Play an essential role in ensuring our Adopt-A-Day programs run smoothly! We rely on our Adopt-A-Day program to fund our homebuilding cost (100% of funds raised are allocated towards homebuilding).

Additional Notes

Please note that you will initially be moving items from the warehouse to the office. This means that you will be wearing steel toe boots (provided by us). Please arrive with socks on!
